Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) support across the business, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and enhancements
- Drive integration of new companies and divisions into the ERP environment
- Manage system changes, testing, and release cycles in line with governance standards
- Oversee 2nd and 3rd line support, resolving complex system issues and working with service providers
- Facilitate business requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead or contribute to IT projects, including planning, cost estimation, and implementation
- Support reporting and insights through Power BI and other tools
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong ERP systems expertise, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Solid business analysis capability with ability to translate requirements into system solutions
- Experience with SQL, system integrations, and data analysis/reporting (Power BI)
- Good understanding of financial and business processes
- Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and change management processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
- Ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and work independently
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and logical thinking
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
- Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Systems or Business Analysis
- Strong experience within an IT environment
- 8–10 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred
- Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly financial systems
