Job Description
We’re growing our Capitec Pay capability and we’re looking for a Systems Analyst to help us support and scale how external partners integrate with our products. This role exists to ensure our partners can confidently adopt our payment solutions by providing clear technical guidance, strong analysis, and hands‑on support throughout the integration journey. Guide external partners through the integration process, helping them successfully connect to our payment solutions. Work closely with our development teams to understand new features and translate them into clear, usable guidance for partners. Act as the first point of contact for integration queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed. Create and maintain clear documentation, process flows and integration guides. Analyse transaction data and identify patterns or risks to support decision‑making. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance integration processes and partner experience.
