The successful incumbent will be responsible for receiving and depositing cash deposits, recording cash and ensuring security of the cash.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics Must reside in or around Rustenburg Previous experience working in a similar role or environment is advantageous (cash office/banking)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cash deposits
• Receive all cash deposits from drivers.
• Make up bank.
• Cash Count cash received from drivers and balance with deposit slip.
• Record cash and cheques in cashup summary.
• Prepare deposit for bank.
• Record seal numbers in register.
• Security
• Keep the cash office door locked at all times. No authorised person allowed.
• Lock cash in safe overnight.
• Previous days taking to be removed from premises by 11:00 am next day.
